Participants must be at least 14 years old and no older than 85 years old.
The minimum weight requirement is 43 kg and the maximum weight limit is 118 kg.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising them before and after the activity.
This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with serious heart conditions, recent surgeries or major injuries, severe neck or spinal conditions, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled slot, wear comfortable clothing with closed-toe footwear, and secure loose items before participation.
The experience is subject to weather and operational safety requirements, and the operator may suspend or modify operations if conditions are unsafe.
