These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wondergifts website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, then unfortunately, we cannot provide our services to you.

• Use of Our Services
  1.1. Eligibility: To use our services, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  1.2. Account: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  1.3. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using our services.
  1.4. Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, unauthorised access, or interference with our services.
  
  

• Purchases and Transactions
  2.1. Pricing: Prices for our experiences are displayed on our website and may vary based on location, duration, and other factors. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  2.2. Payment: Payment for experiences can be made through our secure payment gateway. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
  2.3. Voucher Validity, Expiry & Extensions: This Voucher Validity, Expiry & Extensions policy operates in conjunction with Wondergifts’ Refunds & Exchanges Policy and other applicable terms set out in these Terms & Conditions.
  All Wondergifts vouchers are valid for a fixed period commencing from the date of purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  The applicable expiry date is clearly indicated on the voucher itself and is communicated to the customer prior to purchase, including within the “What do I need to know?” section on the relevant product page.
  Voucher validity periods are determined taking into account factors including, but not limited to, changes in supplier pricing, contractual arrangements with partners, experience availability, booking lead times, and the potential modification or discontinuation of certain experiences over time.
  Once a voucher has reached its expiry date, it is automatically deemed expired and void.
  Expired vouchers may not be extended, reactivated, refunded, credited, exchanged, substituted, or otherwise redeemed, except where required by applicable law.
  Wondergifts’ systems are configured to prevent any action on vouchers after their expiry date, and no exceptions can be made beyond the stated validity period.
  Customers are strongly encouraged to redeem their vouchers well in advance of the expiry date in order to benefit from the widest possible range of available experiences, preferred dates, and partner availability.
  2.4. Multi-Choice Vouchers, Experience Availability & Upgrade Fees: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Wondergifts vouchers are multi-choice vouchers that function as gift cards with a defined monetary value corresponding to the amount paid at the time of purchase.
  Holders of multi-choice vouchers may redeem the voucher value against any eligible experience available at the time of redemption. The list of participating venues, experiences, and partners is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed to remain identical to those displayed at the time of purchase.
  Such changes may occur due to reasons including, but not limited to, partner availability, venue closures, changes in commercial agreements, pricing updates, seasonal pricing, or the introduction or discontinuation of specific experiences.
  If the selected experience at the time of redemption exceeds the monetary value of the voucher, the voucher holder will be required to pay the applicable price difference (“upgrade fee”) prior to confirmation and booking of the experience.
  Wondergifts makes reasonable efforts to ensure that, at any given time, a selection of experiences remains available within the voucher value and does not require an upgrade fee. However, the availability of such options cannot be guaranteed.
  The voucher’s face value remains unchanged throughout its validity period. No price increases are applied retrospectively to the voucher value itself; any additional charges apply solely where the voucher holder elects to redeem the voucher for an experience priced above the voucher’s monetary value at the time of redemption..
  2.5. Booking: To redeem an experience voucher, follow the instructions provided on our website. Availability may vary based on the experience.
  2.6. Refunds and Exchanges: Our "Exchanges & Refunds" policy governs the process for refunds and exchanges of experience vouchers.

• Exchanges & Refunds

3.1. Voucher Exchange: Wondergifts’ gift voucher opens up a world of possibilities. Customers can seamlessly exchange it for any other experience gift available on our website, provided it's of the same or lower price. Customers can make this exchange as long as their voucher remains valid. Customers who want to upgrade to an experience of higher value can simply do so by covering the price difference. This exchange option is accessible only during your experience voucher's validity period. The new experience voucher received after the exchange will carry the same validity as the original voucher.

3.2. Refund Policy: We provide a 7-day refund policy for all experience vouchers purchased through our website, www.wondergifts.com. Customers have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Packaging and delivery fees are non-refundable. 

Special Conditions for Refunds

Theme Parks : Theme park tickets are non-refundable once purchased, due to supplier restrictions and the nature of the ticket issuance process. This applies regardless of usage or booking status. However, in such cases, you will always be eligible for a credit voucher or an exchange of equal value, subject to availability and our standard terms.

Flash Sales and Coupon Codes: Vouchers purchased during flash sales or using coupon codes are non-refundable in cash. Refunds for these purchases will be issued as credit vouchers.

Reward or Loyalty Points: If any reward or loyalty points were earned on the purchase, refunds will also be issued as credit vouchers.

Orders with Free Gifts: For orders that include a free gift (e.g., vouchers or flowers or chocolates), the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of the free gift from the original order total.

Service Charges: Refunds may be subject to certain service charges, which correspond to administrative fees, processing costs, or other non-refundable expenses incurred during the transaction. These charges will be communicated clearly at the time of the refund request.

Orders Paid with Credit Vouchers or Gift Cards: Any order placed using a credit voucher or a gift card will be eligible for a refund in the form of a credit voucher only. Refunds to other payment methods will not be applicable in such cases.

If an Experience is Canceled or Rescheduled

If your experience is canceled, rescheduled, or isn’t available at the time you booked, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

• Free Exchange:  Swap your experience for any other available option of equal value—completely free. Whether you're changing the date or picking something new, it’s on us.

• Credit Voucher:  Prefer to decide later? Grab a credit voucher for the full value of your booking and use it whenever you're ready for your next adventure — within the voucher validity period.

We’ll make sure you still get an unforgettable experience, even if plans shift a little.

Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are only applicable for unused and unredeemed experience vouchers.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds cannot be processed through alternative payment methods.

  7.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
