Participants must be at least 14 years old and no older than 85 years.
The minimum weight requirement is 43 kg and the maximum weight limit is 118 kg.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and the experience is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with serious heart conditions, recent surgeries, major injuries, severe neck or spinal conditions, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Participants should arrive 15 to 30 minutes before their scheduled slot and wear comfortable clothing with closed-toe footwear.
