Children aged 0–5 years are complimentary when accompanied by parents, while children aged 6–11 years are charged as per the resort's child policy.
Guests aged 12 years and above are charged as adults, and children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
The experience is not available during the Monsoon season.
Indian nationals must carry an original government-approved photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, or Voter ID, and PAN Card is not accepted.
Foreign nationals must carry the original Passport and valid Visa, while OCI card holders must carry both the OCI Card and Passport.
Special à la carte requests must be placed at least one day in advance and will be charged separately if applicable.
Any additional facilities or services used during the visit must be settled directly at the resort.
