This is a per person experience, and a maximum of 2 guests are permitted per elephant.
Bookings must be made at least 1 month in advance, subject to availability and Forest Department permissions.
The safari operates only with the schedules and permissions determined by the Forest Department, and timings may change due to operational requirements.
The activity is conducted only during morning hours, and each elephant is limited to a maximum of two rides per day to allow adequate rest.
Children aged 0–5 years are complimentary when accompanied by parents, children aged 6–11 years are charged as per the resort's child policy, and guests aged 12 years and above are charged as adults.
Children participating in the activity must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Indian nationals must carry an original government-approved photo ID, foreign nationals must carry an original passport and valid visa, and OCI card holders must carry both the OCI card and passport.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, and the resort may postpone, modify, or cancel the activity due to weather conditions, wildlife regulations, or operational needs.
